Bidder & Vendor Access Help

External users can create accounts, but internal app routes are restricted to corporate emails. Vendor workflows remain separate and still require the right invite or onboarding context.

If you are part of the internal team, sign in with your corporate email account.

Bidder Login
For invited bidders participating in private bidding processes.

1. Open your invitation link: `/vendor/invite/[token]`.

2. Sign in or sign up with the same email address that received the invite.

3. Claim the invitation from the token page.

4. Access your assigned processes in `/vendor/processes`.

Vendor Access (Plutto)
External vendor onboarding is handled through the email link sent by Plutto.

1. Open the onboarding link received by email (Plutto recipient URL).

2. Complete vendor onboarding in Plutto.

3. Internal dashboard access is not required for this process.
